Yellow Jacket Lawn Care-Proposal for Services for Brockton Manor Residents Overview Yellow Jacket Lawn Care LLC (YJLC) is pleased to submit this proposal for services to Brockton Manor residents . We have put together a special Brockton Manor service package that will allow all residents of the community to have their lawns maintained for the entire year by a customer and quality focused local business that is capable of tailoring services to meet each and every client’s needs. The Opportunity Both YJLC and the residents have needs this lawn care season. YJLC is looking to expand their client base, specifically into the area between Franklin and Indianapolis. Brockton Manor residents all have lawns that are required to be cared for throughout the year. The Solution YJLC will offer a special service package available only to Brockton Manor residents. The package will allow residents to set payment frequency and rest easy that their lawn will be highly cared for throughout the 2014 season. Our Proposal We have developed a service plan specifically for Brockton Manor residents. Weekly Mow all grass area Trim around all obstacles, home, and fencing Remove clippings from all concrete areas around home Monthly Edge along sidewalks and driveway on client property Trim all hedges on property Seasonal Fall cleanup of leaves and debris Cost The average lawn size in Brockton Manor is around 15,000 sq. ft. These size lawns along with the services described would retail for $1960.00. For residents of Brockton Manor we are willing to discount the price to $1600.00. The fee would be payable in two ways, a one-time lump sum due when the contract is signed, or an auto pay option that would charge the customer’s credit card on the 1st of every month in the amount of $200 from the 1st of April until the 1st of November. Execution Strategy To properly implement the discounted price for each resident, we would need to have the following procedure followed. Customer contacts YJLC by phone, text, or email and provides the address to be serviced, and the Promotional Code BrocktonSpecial At this time, a team member of YJLC will visit the premises to either accept lump sum payment, or save credit card information for recurring payments After site visit and accepted payment or payment arrangements are set. YJLC will visit the property weekly on a scheduled day to care for the lawn of the customer. For recurring payment customers if there is ever a situation where payment is not able to be deducted from customer account, we will attempt once more and then contact the customer directly to set up different payment or in the event payment cannot be made we will discontinue service after notifying the resident of payment violation. Prorated pricing will be applied for customers signing up after the end of the first week of April. At the time of approval of this proposal we would request the resident to inform YJLC of all the materials they would like or can support for us to get our name into the community and quickly allow customers to review us and communicate their service needs. Timeline for Execution We would like our information listed an available for residents as soon as possible. Our regular clients will begin receiving various services on the 1st of April. We would like as many clients as possible to be signed up before then. Services will cease the day following the last fall cleanup of the year. This can vary from year to year but usually concludes the season at the beginning of November. Supplied Material The equipment needed to complete the services outlined above will all be provided by YJLC. If a resident requests additional services that require materials or equipment not listed above additional charges for materials will be factored into any quotes provided.
